2. Hardware Sales & Warranty
All solar components (inverters, batteries, panels) and security hardware (CCTV, access control) sold through Francostech are subject to strict quality control.
- Standard warranty terms apply to individual components as specified on their respective product pages.
- Warranties are void if hardware is installed or modified by unauthorized third-party technicians.
- Returns are only accepted for defective out-of-box hardware within 14 days of delivery.
3. Installation Services
Francostech engineering teams follow international compliance standards for all deployments.
- A site audit may be required before final load calculations and architecture deployment.
- Estimated installation timelines are subject to weather, site readiness, and logistical constraints.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to deployment sites (e.g., roofs, electrical panels).
4. System Performance & AI Disclaimer
Solar generation estimates and AI Advisor recommendations are based on optimal conditions and provided load data. Actual yield may vary due to geographic, meteorological, and structural variables. The Francostech Intelligent Advisor provides technical guidance, but official architectural blueprints must be verified by our engineering staff.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Project milestone payments and hardware orders must be cleared according to the specific invoice terms. Overdue accounts may result in delayed deployment or suspension of remote monitoring services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Francostech Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from power fluctuations, grid failures, or unauthorized tampering with the installed infrastructure. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total value of the specific hardware or service contract in question.
